Request to Withdraw Postpaid Extra Credit Applied to our ₦500 CUG Credit Limit.

I wish to formally request that all Postpaid Extra Credit currently assigned to our CUG members be withdrawn, and that all our CUG members be placed on the ₦500 Postpaid CUG Credit Limit, effective 1 October 2026.

Please note that, effective from the above date, we will not accept or be responsible for any further Postpaid Extra Credit assigned to our CUG subscribers outside the authorized ₦500 Postpaid CUG Credit Limit.

Accordingly, we shall only be responsible for charges relating to authorized members on the ₦500 Postpaid CUG Credit Limit whose services have been duly requested and who remain actively listed on our service account.

Kindly ensure that this adjustment is implemented accordingly and that all applicable billing records are updated to reflect the new credit-limit arrangement effective 1 October 2026.
